Since June 15, 2026, every RentSafeTO building must post a green, yellow or red sign at its main entrance. This checklist walks you through your building the way an evaluator does, so you can find and fix problems before they cost points. It is based on the City's published evaluation categories; always check the City's evaluation tool for the current list. ARMS is not affiliated with the City of Toronto.
