Every email and every call, answered, handled and on record.
ARMS Communications and AI Calling. For management offices that run on email and the phone.
What it does.
Inbound and outbound email
Every email in and out runs through ARMS: classified by intent, linked to the resident, unit and site, attachments filed.
Send from your own domain
Email goes out from a subdomain of your domain, or an ARMS domain. Receive at one address and reply from another, by building or department.
One inbox, including what AI wrote
Every AI reply is marked. Step in, correct or take over any conversation at any time, and drafts wait for you, ready to send.
Autonomy with guardrails
Routine requests are fulfilled and closed automatically. Legal, safety, large refunds and personal-data changes go to a person. Draft-for-approval wherever you want it.
An AI phone line
One published number plus department lines. It verifies the caller, handles or routes the request, sends a recap with a ticket number, and transfers with full context.
Outbound campaigns
Arrears and outreach calls with quiet hours, retries, voicemail drop and promise-to-pay capture, tested in a simulator before anyone is called.
See every email, including the ones AI wrote.
Nothing goes out unseen. Every message, received or sent, sits in one inbox inside ARMS with who wrote it, which address it came from, and what happened next.
Part of one system.
Communications runs on the ARMS platform, so everything it does lands in the same record and passes the same verification as the rest of your building.

A real morning report: contracted slots, checkpoints, gaps and late filings, each credited to when the work was done.

6:00 PM → 6:00 AM · 8 contracted slotsEach contracted slot shows what was walked, and when it was filed.
In the full report, every patrol opens too: who walked it, which checkpoints they reached and in what order, how long they spent, when the round was filed, and anything they noted.
Real report from one weekday night shift. Guard's name removed. Rounds are credited to the slot they were walked in.
What people ask first.
What always goes to a person?
By default, anything involving money, legal notices, complaints about staff or safety goes to a person before ARMS acts. As you gain confidence, you can let ARMS handle more on its own, always within limits you set, and every action is recorded and attributable.
Can we see what the AI wrote?
Yes. Every email, sent or received, is in the ARMS inbox, and every AI reply is marked.
Can ARMS call about arrears?
Yes, under rules each client sets: when calls are made, what is said and how often. The AI identifies itself as an automated assistant, and calls are recorded only with notice.
