What the building was facing.
The site had recurring theft and trespassing. The security team was not covering all patrol areas, incidents went unattended even after police involvement, and the builder had no way to measure what the team was doing.

Guards patrolled with ARMS, which recorded movement and performance at specific locations.

ARMS showed that contracted rounds weren't being completed.

The builder changed security providers.

The new team completed 100% of rounds every day.
What changed.
Before ARMS: 12 break-ins. While ARMS showed contracted rounds were not being completed: 3 more. After the site changed security providers: none since.
Other incidents (trespass, near misses and injuries) fell from 9 to 1, a single trespass.
The builder now uses ARMS whenever security is on site.
ARMS did not stop the break-ins. It showed exactly where coverage was missing, and the builder acted on it.
